Dimpleplasty Double Local Anesthesia is a procedure used to create dimples on the cheeks. It is a minimally invasive procedure that involves making two small incisions on either side of the face, near the area of the desired dimple. The procedure is performed under local anesthesia, meaning that the patient is awake and can respond to the surgeon’s instructions. During the procedure, the surgeon will create the dimple by altering the underlying muscle, fat, and skin. The incisions are then closed with sutures to keep the new dimple in place.
