Ear pining (Local Anesthesia) is a procedure in which the ear is numbed with a local anesthetic before having a procedure done. This is done to minimize the amount of pain and discomfort the patient may experience during the procedure. The numbing effect usually lasts for about an hour or two. This technique is commonly used for ear piercing, ear lobe repair, and other ear-related procedures
